Well to tell you the truth I am happy cause I can finally see the end of the tunnel after year and half visa journey but at the same time I still feel very angry and pissed off about this proccessss! I really wont be happy till they do something to expeditate this whole procces to be no longer then 6 months! It is just ridiculous to separate people like that and break so much hearts ! It is a human right to be happy and they brake this law!

If they have processed a Sept. 8 scan date already and it's not even November, then hopefully they will be done with September faster than August! I reallllllyyyyy hope so! I need them to get to October faster haha

CASE COMPLETE!

Now I need the tears of happiness to stop. I have no idea how this transpired. Perhaps it was due to mine and my husband's phone calls to NVC and the Supervisor's this week. I guess it shows that it can pay off to persevere.

Our only hope now is that all of our VJ friends also get a CC soon and can be back with their loved ones as soon as possible.

Yes msc. Me and soloenta have to get out of this ASAP. I have gotten so emotional lately. I just start crying all of a sudden and can't take it. We have been through hell really. Hopefully it will be just over now. If I get another checklist I don't know what I will be do. I want case complete now

Hey guys! I've been a silent reader this week due to my busy busy days with my dad. To all of you who sent prayers and support to my dad and my whole family: BIG THANKS. He's at home after 10 days in the hospital and an angioplasty. Days are busy but it's passing really fast.

I'm SOOOOO hapy for all those CC! I love how everybody here shares hapiness and good thoughts!

My mind and prayers are to the ones who are, like me, still waiting. God knows better about the right time and let's just trust Him and ask for patience.

Great news!! My scan date for AOS & IV is Sept 18th!!

I've seen they skipped if was AUG date with IV in Sept and they get reviewed together. Was Sept 12th scan date for a checklist?

I'm very happy that I got an early interview I mean it's just perfect to pack up my things and stuff oh and the medical exam I must call tomorrow to take care of that too .... I'm all over the place with a million thing in my head

Exactly totally random, so much for first come first served. I think it's on purpose. I would be easy to make the process more officiant but they just don't want it to be efficient.

To be honest I just felt relieved for the waiting game..don't be surprised if you are not super thrilled like you expected to be months go ... I don't know if it's just me but this has been a rough journey ! I'm just glad it's about to be over .

Don't get me wrong I'm very thankful but not jumping around from joy like I imagined I would a year ago .

I am starting it tomorrow since I try to be as much of a vegetarian as I can be ( don't tell this to my mom, or else she'll start forcing me to eat meat ) I will be replacing the meat dishes with either eggplant or squash.

I guess my main problem is that I never know what to eat so I just eat without thinking. Well gotta get in the groove to get back into shape.

By the grace of God, CASE COMPLETE!!! as of this evening

Last scan date: AOS August 14th, IV Package: Sept 19th

Got a checklist on 10/21 to submit wife's original documents (birt certificate, marriage certificate) instead of copies (they were certified copies)

Instead of getting the original documents from overseas, I called multiple times until I spoke to a superviser. He asked some time to review the file.

It took about 1 week for him to receive the file.

And today it was reviewed by the same superviser and case completed. AOS status changed to N/A within 10 minutes of superviser confirming case complete.
