11/12/14 - Fingerprinted

11/14/14 - In line e-notification

12/01/14 - E-notification of interview scheduled

12/05/14 - Received interview letter - Interview scheduled for January 8th.

01/08/15 - Passed citizenship interview and recommended for approval!

01/19/15 - In line for oath ceremony

02/19/15 - Oath scheduled for March 6th, 2015!

No, there's no date listed on the yellow letter to call them on if I haven't gotten the appointment letter. It just says to bring 1. marriage documents, 2. driver's license, and 3. old passports.

I called to ask about last week, and the guy told me that there was nothing wrong that he could see, but that I just needed to wait. It's really odd, though, since almost everyone else seems to have gone "in line" a few days after the biometrics, or a little over a month in the worst case. It's been about two and a half months, and still no change in status for me.

Did the yellow letter or your e-notice give a date to call them if you haven't received your letter? That date would give you an idea of approximately when your interview will be scheduled for.

What additional information did they ask for in the yellow letter? I am wondering if that might have something to do with the delay.

You can always give them a call or schedule an info pass appointment if all else fails.

Check the July filers thread... many of them did their biometrics in August and still haven't been placed in-line. I haven't checked other months.

Wow, that does seem odd that you haven't heard anything but it sounds like short of calling the customer service line back with your concerns and/or scheduling an info pass appointment you have done what you can do.

Filed in October and went for fingerprinting in November. Also got yellow letter. But so far no text or letter for the interview appointment. I haven't been worried and have assumed things slowed down over the holidays with USCIS staff on vacation etc.

Filed in October and went for fingerprinting in November. Also got yellow letter. But so far no text or letter for the interview appointment. I haven't been worried and have assumed things slowed down over the holidays with USCIS staff on vacation etc.

But I decided to check 'case status online" and it only says fingerprints were scheduled. Is this the way it has gone for everybody? No, the status doesn't say anything about receiving fingerprints. The next update after "fingerprints were scheduled" for me was the "inline for interview" status.

05/01 - Married USC

06/01 - Filed I-130/I-485

01/03 - Conditional LPR approved

05/05 - Conditions removed

12/13 - Divorced USC

10/10/14 - Filed N-400 based on 5+yrs LPR

10/24/14 - NOA

11/12/14 - Fingerprinted

11/14/14 - In line e-notification

12/01/14 - E-notification of interview scheduled

12/05/14 - Received interview letter - Interview scheduled for January 8th.

01/08/15 - Passed citizenship interview and recommended for approval!

01/19/15 - In line for oath ceremony

02/19/15 - Oath scheduled for March 6th, 2015!

03/06/15 - Became a US citizen! :dancing:
