Event Description
Review Date : July 10, 2015
Embassy Review : Hello All,

my fiancee and i was at the MOSCOW consulate on july 1st.

our interview was at 9:45a.m.
we got there aound 9:15, there were around 25 people waiting in the line, it took around 10 minute wait outside and after security checks we got to the 2nd floor where we present sponsorship papers and my fiancees birth certificate to the lady and she gave us a number for waiting. there were 4 k1 visa beneficieries ahead of us. it took around 45 minute wait and our number came up.

I WENT IN WITH MY FIANCEE (no problem)
very nice officer (guy) interviewed us, he first started with telling about the Pamphlet and he explaned my fiancee in russian about it, after swearing and stuff he start asking questions,

he asked her;
1. where we met
2. what she was doing in america before, where she went to school
3. i was married when we met so he asked were you guys talking when petitioner were married
4. her 3 tourist visa denials were asked, the most important part overthere was he asked ' why you never listed your boyfriend-petitioner as a contact person in america' and my fiancee said i listed my friends.

He didnt ask anything else..

He said YOU ARE APPROVED please wait 1 week for pony express to call you..!

from start to finish it was a great experience.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
