You do not need to send wedding photos. Those are for the interview where they may ask you questions about persons other than you and your spouse who are in the pictures. Everything else seems fine. You can review the documents on pages 2 and 3 through the link below:

You do not need to send wedding photos. Those are for the interview where they may ask you questions about persons other than you and your spouse who are in the pictures.

OP, while this is technically true, I've seen it posted many times over how people save evidence such as pictures for the interview and try to pass it to the CO only to have the CO immediately pass it back without so much as a glance. While such items should be brought to the interview, even if they are included in the petition, it does not hurt to include them at the outset. Furthermore, including them at the outset makes them part of the file that is reviewed prior to an interview taking place. Ultimately, it is your choice. Since it was brought up through reference to the instructions, USCIS and the Embassy/Consulate will not expect a couple living apart in separate countries to have joint finances, joint leases, or own property together.

As mentioned above the Ukraine BC and Ukraine passport copies are not needed. As for the photos, I didn't know they weren't required, but I sent a few pictures from every time period we were together and from before we were married. I always figure the more evidence, the better. But you have a pretty solid package, you will be fine.

What about the police certificate or is not needed?

Not needed for the I-130.

Things like the police certificate will not be needed until the NVC stage. Therefore, you can check what docs will be needed at the NVC stage so that you can get an idea of what you will need at that point.

thanks for the all the response.

I filled in two 2 G-325a forms.

at the bottom of form for me it says applicant print your name and registration number in box outlined below.

should i put my information in both forms for me and wife ?

or she should fill in this field for hers ? confused :(

also can this form be filled on computer and printed ?

I had to check through our own g325a's, fortunately I had them in the computer. You would put your info on yours and her info on hers. Yes they can be printed, they prefer it this way it's much neater. Plus you can always proofread before printing to make sure everything's correct.

Not just the info needs to be individual but she signs hers and you sign yours.

I would send the photos, it can never hurt to have more than enough evidence front loaded into the file.
