Hello September filers! Hope you're doing well while waiting.

Anyone else notice their estimated date of adjudication on their timeline getting closer and closer? Mine from 11/30-12/5 to 11/24-11/29 in the past week! I hope this means we're all going to get our NOA2s sooner rather than later!

While we wait...

For all those waiting for NOA2, what can we do, what things can we start preparing for the next stage. I understand that some things have time lines etc as to how far from interview date they can be etc. Obviously just like everyone else I know it is a big waiting game but surely there are some things we can do now :) let me know what your preparing etc :)

I contacted the IRS Monday for tax return transcripts as far back as they could go (2010-2013) for the I-134 Affidavit of Support that he'll need to take to the embassy.

I switched jobs in May so I made a calendar reminder for January to follow up with my previous employer at that time for my W2. Who knows if I will have time to file 2014 taxes before his interview, but at least I will have the W2's ASAP to file right away showing that in 2014 I met the income requirements for sponsorship.

I'm rembering to keep records of all correspondence and proof of ongoing relationship between the NOA1 and the interview for my fiancé to have with him at the embassy.

I also researched where he needs to go to get a police record, medical exam and certificate of non-impediment to marriage - and the associated cost and timeline for receipt of each of these.

Running out of things to keep busy! What am I forgetting?

Wow you're really on it lol. So far I've mailed him a list haha. Since I am the B it seems there is nothing for me to really do, but because he works so much and I'm a sahm that I would do all the research and ABC for him lol.

Yes must remind my self to keep Convos and screenshots of Skype calls as we go, much easier to do a bit here and there then trying to go back and go through it then

So it looks like, if all goes to plan our interview should be late January, given that there will be delays due to holidays, how does this work with the W2?

From what I have gathered so far I just need my police report for Ireland (I lived in England but only until the age 12) my understanding that it is anywhere over the age of 16.

Lol yes I can easily believe it, so far my keeping busy plan is dieting and exercising to look hot in a wedding dress haha

This is how I fill my time while I wait - collecting statistics on approvals from Igor's list. Remember these stats only reflect those petitions that are from us on VJ and only those who have and maintain a timeline. In order to mean anything you have to assume that this is a representative sample of all the petitions filed, which we have no way of knowing. There are 2 images 1 for CSC and 1 for TSC. Enjoy!!!!!

I don't know if it depends on the center, but two weeks after I got the notice of the alien # change I got the notice that I've been approved. I'm seeing that some people have been waiting a long time in the other processing centers and it isn't fair :( Hopefully yours goes fast!!
