I have a question:

I received an eMail saying I can log into the portal and pay the $ 230 IV Fee but when I do, it's showing N/A I click takes me to the fee page and there's noting there to click on like how it was for the AOS fee. How long it typically takes for the system to make it available I got the eMail around 11 AM on 09/11/2014.

And I have a sneaky suspicion that it's not the 'actual' date they ship it, but a girl can dream! Monday will be 3 weeks for me (and I'm not complaining...just merely counting diligently the days )

Continue to check USCIS website then you can finally see the status "Shipped to NVC" when they send your case to NVC, which is the last status displayed at the site

Yes I am checking daily. And it's stuck at post decision activity. Do they change the status after 'Post Decision Activity."

hi dears.. i have some problem in my checklist

i got my interview on oct 27,, and i they send a cheklist as well mentioned that you should correct it and bring it to interview..

my problem is in i-864 part 6, 13.a.1,,,,,,,,,,

In Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment, please correct the following...
[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal
income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

it means that your total income doesn't match the income reported on most recent federal income tax return.. my brother in law mentioned the income he earned in abroad as well in this part.. so the gov is not deducting tax from the income earned abroad.. my joint sponsor sent the letter along with I-864 mentioned all these things.. bt i don't know why they don't consider the income earned abroad as income.. my joint sponsor was in military abroad so he should include all his income from there too.. i don't know what to do it is my 2nd checklist for same thing... i hope it will not create hurdle for me during interview.......

Do we have people with July 23 scan dates? I know Soloenta has a scan date of July 24..... Anyone else with these scan dates?

We know for sure NVC is working on July 22 right now... You guys are next... Please keep us posted if you have any updates from NVC.

07/22 scan date... just called and my packets have not been reviewed yet, so sad :/ good luck everybody! Looks like another weekend will pass by with no CC for me

Yes I respond the AOS checklist right away now is scanned on 8/24/14. Hopefully I get my iv packet approved soon, and crossing my finder that they might see my checklist Aos at the same time..

Question how do you know when you AOs or iv packet is approved did you saw that online or did you call?

The only way to know is to call NVC and find out...

Don't be hard on yourself. You were just uninformed. CBP officers look at the entirety of your travel pattern when they decide on granting entry. Technically, you can stay up to 6 months every time you enter the US, but you have to have good reason for each occurrence, or they might decide you're just abusing your visitor status and deny you entry.

Since you opted to withdraw your entry application, you smartly avoided a ban. The incident was most probably recorded however. You absolutely did the right thing by declaring it in the DS-260. Otherwise, you would be grilled at the interview with prejudice.

Here is one thing you need to be informed about. If you have been spending a lot of time in the US for three years running, you might have triggered the substantial presence test and became a US tax resident without realizing it. If you did, then this is something you definitely need to be proactive about ASAP.

That will only get the Rlks the confirmation page. To get a printout of the entire submission, Rlks needs to go the IV Application on CEAC, hit next till the last page and print the filled form.

that's silly to keep pressing next though. They can print the ds260 on the confirmation page as well as their confirmation and have the option to email the confirmation on that page too. If you press print ds260 on that page it opens it up in one long file that will print all at once.

Also, I don't think I'm taxable. 2011 and 2013 had barely any visits. Thanks for your insight though!

I have to admit... I steered clear of clicking anything on CEAC after the AOS resetting nightmare (or was it DS-261?).
