Congratulations to all new approved.

Last night I could not sleep well. Is there any cases got same status with me? Our Noa1 in Apr/21. And we were transferred on Aug/11. But until today, my finance hasn't got any email, text or letters about this transferring. And my finance called to USCIS but they have no right answers for us?

I am really disapointed now.

I have a NOA1 date of April-23 and transferred on Aug-11th. Didn't get a hard copy, however, case was transferred to CSC, not stressed over it. I am sure that before this month is over, my case should be complete and yours should be completed as well. Just don't worry about it and let time take its course!!!!

My noa1 was April 23rd. Transferred august 11 as well. I did receive a hard copy transfer but I'm perplexed like the others who posted above me. I want to get this next part started & the longer it takes, the less likely it seems he will be here for Christmas...

I am the petitioner.

NOA1: April 30th

Transferred: August 8th. No hard copy but my fiancé called the USCIS and hey said we are in California.

Just woke up (it's almost 5:00 am in France) and check my email just because I am used to do it a hundred times since we've been transferred. I received an email at 4:30 am saying we are approved!!!!

Please, don't loose hope. I understand it's frustrating that people with NOA1's dates after yours got approved before (I also had this feeling about May filers being approved the last couple weeks), but your time is coming soon! It's a fact!

I am thinking about all of you and I hope you'll be approved really fast now!

My fiance left 3 days ago... So I totally know how you feel, my heart left with him... but in the same time, the trip really pumped me up. This is the last time I will see him till I am going to be there with him.

Soon I will change my whole life, every aspect of it. I am leaving my parents,my band, my surroundings, my language, my culture and even my continent.

:)

That's sooooo exciting. His visit was so amazing, another peak in what will be an amazing life.

Focus on that feeling and you will feel a lot better.

We've been transferred and transferred people are accepted every each day. Things are moving slow, but they are moving so much faster than a few months ago.

We will be accepted soon, it is a fact. Tomorrow, next week, in 3 weeks .... that's not that long...and from that point, it usually takes from 1 month and a half to two months till you have the visa in your hands. We will be out of this backlog who f**ked with our lives. :)

I'm so excited!

Life is good and will be amazing soon.

Congratulations to all the people who have been approved, especially to the creator of this thread. I am truly happy for you. Have an amazing journey and enjoy every second of it.

File sent - May 1st
NOA1 - May 9th
Transferred - August 8th
NOA2 - September 11th
