Help please!

.

My hubby is moving from his parents house this week and he is planing to put all utilities on his name, do we have to inform NVC about that, we already sent both packages, paid AOS fee and waiting on DS- 260 and IV fee to become available. We still want to receive all mails from MVC to my husband's parents.

Wanted to ask if someone has been in this situation too so I can discuss before I spend hours calling NVC!

You should just make the 2nd round of October interviews! :)

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

Congratulations, feels good to know NVC is moving forward with last scanned dates.

Thanks guys. (sorry took me so long to thank you, I was away at the weekend with no internet, back into the real world today)

Good luck to all those waiting/expecting/hoping/wishing/praying for CC's this week. NVC seemed to be throwing Case Complete's at us like crazy on Friday, here's hoping that trend continues.

Weren't they reviewing it around 45 calendar days despite saying 60 days for review? :(

Yeah, a lot of the AOS packages have been approved around the 30 business day mark, many of them being exactly 30 business days like ours. :)

The scan date for my IV documents were 6/30 and I got a checklist from them 8/12. I mailed them the documents they requested 2 days ago and they received it today. How long does it usually take to review the checklist document? Is it gonna be a reset and 60 days again from the day they received the checklist?

Yes. The waiting period unfortunately resets each time they need to review something. Whether it's 60 calendar days or not, who the heck knows...
