Any opinions on this would be very welcome :)

I submitted AOS with 2013 full return (self employed, including all schedules and 1099) because my transcript was not ready.

I have my transcript now. I am on the fence as to whether to send it in. My fear is this:

-if AOS gets approved without this being needed, it will "reset" my 60-day clock and AoS will be "un" approved. :(

The flipside is, if they ask for it in a checklist (note, I do not have a checklist yet), sending it early may prevent that.

I don't know. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance :)

As it states right in the question, you either send in the most recent year (2013) or all three years (2011, 2012, 2013). Regardless of what you sent in, you still have to fill out all three years' information on that question ;)

I did NOT include the three years information. I only provided the 2013 income. Mine was fine

Ok guys...I've been waiting for the 60 days wait to be over...one more week left...but I just checked the status online...and the "AOS fee" showed up as N/A, before it used to be "paid" and the IV still is in "paid" status....but is it a good sign? I hope it is...I asked this question to the rep when I called last week and the guy said...it doesn't mean anything good or bad...and he can't answer to that question...

I think this means your case is completed.... Congratulations.... You did it.

Depends on when you sent it. If it's near the 60 day mark, then I would hold off but if it has been about 2-3 weeks and you have other documents which will need to be submitted after then sending it in won't hurt at all. I sent my 2013 return with w-2 and it was accepted, didn't need to send in a transcript.

Actually, you are ahead of me, lol. I am sorry both the stages have been delayed for you. After 16 months at USCIS, I can't imagine another 8 months at USCIS. I hope this ends soon for you and you have a smooth interview.

We are also waiting for last 17 months now again a checklist for a small mistake

I am a July 8 doc received date. Based on your experience I will hold off. Triple checked my AOS and it looks very complete, accurate. Thank you!

God only knows, their record with upgrades hasn't been the best so wont hold my breath. Plus I don't know how to do what they are asking for they should have explained how to do it. :( You just can't win with these fools.

Our case was approved for expedite and was sent to the Tokyo embassy. I received an email from the embassy that we no longer should send any documents to the NVC and should bring them to the interview. Also, they said that we should just pay any unpaid fees (in this case, IV fee) at the embassy and they also said to fill out DS-260. The problem is, it won't let us fill out DS-260 until we pay the IV fee online. The IV was invoiced the online the day after we received contact from the embassy. This was a few days ago. I was unable to do anything about it until today because I was traveling with a relative who was visiting. I just called the Tokyo embassy and they said they were unsure about what to do with the fee and that I should just call the NVC and ask. I plan to do so, but NVC won't open for about 4 or 5 hours. I want to go ahead and just finish DS-260 right now and pay the IV fee but I worry that if I pay online it may cause problems or delays... Does anyone know the correct course of action? I really appreciate any help.

I - 130 sent 2014-04-18

I-130 approved 2014-05-14

I am no expert but just a couple of suggestions...first I would call NVC ASAP...if they will not release the IV invoice or the DS260 for you, possibly send in a check via mail....maybe also ask Tokoyo if they will accept the paper form of DS230? There has to be a way around it but probably first step is contact NVC with the expedite information...best of luck to you....
