Me and my wife been married for almost a year now. We filed our taxes together and everything. However she hasn't changed her name yet because we waiting on somethings to finalize. You think it will raise any red flags.we been filing all our documents in her maiden name since that's how we filed our taxes. Is that a concern

Why would it be a red flag? In many countries women don't change their names, my husband's country included. I didn't change my name and it has never been an issue. I kept my last name because of my children, to make it less confusing where school and other matters are concerned with them.

it was enough of a non-issue for me to get an approval at the interview, and i still keep my maiden name :)

04-2010 Got an SSN through on-campus job
05-2011 Moved in with the then-Boyfriend-now-Hubby
