I want to know about Nepal (ASIA)cut off rate. Its showing that except Nepal-9500 .Is this mean the case no above 9500 will not be interviewed? mine is 10***. Is there still a chance ?

No chance.

Sorry, there is no chance. The cut-off is exactly that: only numbers below 9500 will be interviewed. In fact someone on another forum indicated they have been told by the embassy in Kathmandu that Nepal has already reached its maximum limit of visas for the year. Sorry :(

It looks bad but it is really hard to tell. Last year for example African numbers over 100k were interviewed, this year they cut off at 81.1k. Each year really is different. Your number is high and it is risky, but it is way too soon to say anything for certain.

We'll have a clearer vision in June 2015. July will be the Lucky Month for some.

The September bulletin should have the DV2015 initial number, normally published by the 8th day of the month, so check around August 8th

My number is just a little over 300 in difference between the cut-off (dv2015)

Not sure if giving (possibly false) hope is a good thing or not, but DV2015 has 125k selectees, while DV2014 had 140k. Maybe they'll have higher cut-off numbers for DV2015...

Born in Romania, been living in the US since 2007 (F1 visa)

F1 visa 2007-2011, 2011-2016 - OPT received August 25, 2014

DV-2015 Selectee - Case Number EU30,7xx - Interview estimate: May/June 2015 (?) - Might try to do AOS though it looks like it might be worse this year

I personally think, DV2015 will be similar to DV2013, both did not have Bangladesh. 2013 had 16K for Asia and it went current in Sept. So, I think we might reach 16K in 2015 for Asia. Not sure about Europe though.
