That's a huge  . However, if you're lucky, a supervisor may be able to unlock the IV fee for you. I think they are allowed to do it only in the event of someone making a mistake and re-submitting the DS-261.

At least one person got lucky and got the IV fee invoice fast this way. :star: I thought about re-submitting the DS-261 on purpose and ask a supervisor to unlock the IV fee invoice.

However, most people on here have not been that lucky and ended up waiting for additional days. :clock:

No IV invoice yet? You submitted DS261 on June 5 and.I did mine on June 6. I hope we will hear from NVC this week:) 30 business days this week right:D!?

Hello ans khan

I am sorry but I also don't know about that....

I am worried what questions I have to face in interview.

can anybody answer us pls.....

Geez was typing and my message went poof, you can search for "interview questions" on VJ or Google and you will get tons. They are basically to see if you know your wife so when did you meet how many times where did you meet her, the wedding was her family and your family there, does your family know her does her family know you. Do you have children with her or has she been married before does she have children from her first marriage, have you been married same questions. They may want pictures, ok did a search on VJ here you go click on any of them. :)

Hi Everyone,

I have a question after reading the Wiki from Saylin which I hope someone can answer. There she wrote:

"Once your I-130 has been approved from USCIS, it will be sent to NVC (a part of the Department of State). Depending what service center the I-130 is coming from, this can take anywhere from a few business days to a few weeks.

You won't get correspondence from NVC when they receive your case from USCIS. You need to call an operator at NVC to find this out."

But what does this mean when the NVC state webpage reads:

"You have come to this webpage because you received a letter or email from the NVC directing you here after the NVC received your approved petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)."

Is it just a way to push them a bit, or will nothing at all happen if we only wait for them to contact us?
