CNN) -- A married couple yelling "revolution" gunned down two Las Vegas police officers at a pizza restaurant, then ran across the parking lot to a Walmart, where they killed a shopper at the store's entrance.

The duo's Sunday morning shooting rampage ended when the wife fatally shot the husband and then herself as police closed in.

Investigators found what appears to be a "manifesto" or some sort of writings at one of the scenes, a law enforcement official told CNN Monday. The official did not describe what the writings said, and police have yet to publicly disclose a motive for the shootings.

With the amount of people that have guns here I am surprised that they got as far as they did. I live right near where all of this happened, CiCi's is not exactly right across the parking lot. I just wonder if maybe there were explosives in the vehicles that they may have found, as they really blocked off an extremely large area. This area, sadly, is not devoid of crime and there is usually a shooting or pedestrian vs. vehicle accident at least once every two weeks. The most recent police involved shooting they had managed to block off very little as the police shot and killed a would-be burglar underneath the overpass.
