Still waiting here..... I did speak with USCIS and they told me that Nebraska is delayed and that they were reviewing June 16 petitions on 12/26.

Congrats on the new approvals!

Congratulations!

Good day all!

I was just about to call USCIS...and then I received notice via email a few minutes ago! Approved! The reason for the scheduled call- I called USCIS and submitted a status inquiry 3 weeks ago. (6 months since NOA1) I was informed that I would receive mail within a month stating exactly when I should expect to hear of progress. The letter stated..."Unfortunately, we are not able to give you a definite time frame for your case..." Oddly enough...only had to wait a few more days. :)

Cased was received 12/23 and I was given the same expectation of 4 to 5 weeks. If you hear of anyone in our time frame getting a Case number please let us know

Hello guys,

Is there anybody who filled i-130 to Vermont Service Center in June 2014? Our priority date is June 29,2014 and still no news. My lawyer called customer service and they returned with saying "Your case is now being processed.". Is there anybody like me having same issue?

Please let me know.

Thanks

Emre

Ok, good and bad news. I filed i130 for my 2 kids and mom, case was received on 6/13/2014. Case being treated at TCS, on 12/01/14, I checked online status and got an rfe, dna for my mom and other docs for my kids. I sent in the docs and also started the dna process. Yesterday, I got update that kids petition was approved, mom's still pending. How do I go about this? Help needed pls.
