Hey, everyone.

I need some help witht the G-325A form. It's kind of easy, but still I'm scared TO DEATH to do something wrong (really don't wanna receive a RFE).

- My last name doesn't fit in the box. Can I write it down after printing the form, EVEN if all the rest is typed/printed (including first name)?

- I don't have a middle name! Do I leave the box blanket? Should I put "none"?

Thank you!!!

Yes, you can write it down after printing it. The city my husband was born it wouldn't fit, so I wrote it in pen on the G325A and included it on an attached sheet of paper. I think you can put "NONE" or "N/A" where it asks for middle name.

Just remember this- if there isn't enough room, you can always write it in yourself (legibly of course) or write "see attached" and attach an continuation sheet.

Best of luck.

I think it's best if you just fill up the form in your handwriting. If you don't have a middle name then just leave it blank :) My fiance doesn't have a middle name and he just left it blank.

Yes

Leave it blank unless you want to give yourself the middle name of None.

Thank you!!!

Agreed with the rest, if it is just 2-3 letters, it's fine to have the last name pen-written, just make sure to write legibly. As mentioned above, don't write "None" on the middle name, better to keep it blank (N/A is also acceptable). But if more characters need to be placed, it's best to just attach a supplement instead and include in the attachment the rest of the information that require more space than what is provided on the form. Follow the instruction when attaching a supplement/ continuation sheet. http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf , Page 2.

All the best!
