Hello guys! I just want to ask if anyone of you had an interview but was not able to fill up a form in the USEM website? I just saw this notice while browsing the website today, I didn't see this was posted a week before my interview. They didn't asked for the registration page either. I'm getting worried how I am going to get my passport back. What am I going to do? I would appreciate your answers guys! Thank you!

"All immigrant and fiancé visa applicants must register in the web page https: //ais.usvisa-info. com/en-ES/iv to get the passport and the visa documents back by mail (No Fee). The registration page must be brought the interview day."

01/03/2014 - 1-130 Approved

01/14/2014 - NVC received

02/24/2014 - NVC case number assigned

02/25/2014 - Invoice Identification no. assigned

02/26/2014 - AOS Payment

02/27/2014 - DS 261 submitted

02/28/2014 - AOS showed paid

03/05/2014 - Got an email that DS 261 received by NVC

03/06/2014 - Sent AOS (I-864EZ) package to NVC

03/07/2014 - AOS (I-864EZ) package received by NVC (per USPS tracking)

Called and spoke to Waldo, token '30 business days' response. Although he did confirm receipt of our IV package which puts us one step closer.

Was tempted to make a "Where's Waldo?" joke just to lighten his spirits. After all, it is Friday! We may not be excited about weekends on VJ, but you would think NVC employees would be.

Hmm I got CC after you so if someone is let behind it may be me! Uscis backlogged, NVC backlogged, and now the Paris embassy? This is just great!

We, the Paris Embassy goers, should start our own group :P

We might end up just join together for the interview, there is a high chance of being on the same day, and it would be nice have someone to chat while waiting on the interview day.

About the backlog, from the moment that USCIS started to get backlogged it was only natural that NVC would become bombard.

Now the question is: Do they select cases according to the Case Complete date or according to the Priority date (time we filed the I-30)?

Does anyone knows?

You should call and find out. I bet they are working on your IV now since it looks like they checked out mine.

At least you found out about both issues at the same time, I think you can send them in together, you just need separate cover sheets, right?

I just got Olivia, nice enough, our first (incorrect) packet was put on the system the 4th (delivered on the 2nd) and the other one doesn't show yet (delivered on the 3rd) .... what is strange is that she said that it was on the system on the 4th, but when I called yesterday (the 5th) they said they had nothing ????
