Card Was Ordered To Be Produced

On April 28, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC*********, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Application accepted on June 27, 2014. There it sat at the Nebraska Service Center forever. We got interview waiver. This all started as K1 from Manila Philippines, now in Dallas, Texas.

Just chiming in, but we're still waiting for the notification of acceptance, NOA1 etc. Very glad that we chose to send it via certified mail, so at least I know it got there!

You are lucky then. I filed on June 13, 2014. Never heard anything yet.

Hi!

I have sent my AOS with my new name after reading a lot about it. My driver's license is now under my new name and so is my insurance card. The wedding certificate is the proof of your name change. if you take a look on the AOS papers, theres always a part where it says : other names

Received Green Card: June 13th, 2015.

Interview: April 22nd, 2020

Interview descheduled and now waiting for further updates...

We also got an online update of green card approval today, which also state that we will be receiving the card no later than the end of the month of June...but I expect it'll arrive in the mailbox within a few days. We're interview waiver recipient, btw. We feel blessed! We pray those who are still waiting will have their updates very soon!

We are planning to use his AP, his grandma is quite old so... ye. For those of you who submitted the I 131 with your AOS packet, did you get a letter explaining that there is a person you want/need to visit, etc etc? I've been told by several immigration attorneys that it is safer to do that. We were just gonna apply for the AP without any additional docs but now I'm thinking we should supply a letter saying grandma is not well, etc.

We were honest about it and attached a letter saying that she would like to visit her family who is back home in Germany somewhere in late august and more visits as well, so lets see what they will do for us. But we did attach a letter. I had taken her with me to the local USCIS office and they advised us to put in a letter as well as the form asks for further explanation as to why you think you are eligible for an advance parole?

Hey guys. I got my appt letter for fingerprints (biometrics) Today for may 13. Just wondering is there a fee for doing this or is it already included in the 1070 that is for the green card ?
