we pay him for everything in December 12 / 2013

we sended him pics passport our pics togther and papers he asked . after 1 month he send as same papers we date it and sing is ( G28 - G-325A ---I130 )

from this times no news only this We should be getting the receipt for the immigration case in about one month.

You can easily resolve this and call USCIS yourself and get your receipt number. The petitioner calls gives infor and you will know one way or the other. Why do people rely on others to get what is the most important thing to them is beyond me,.

You can still have a lawyer but you should know every step that's happening and not relying on what "they" say.

brothers and sisters hello;

i told all of you that we pay lawyer from 12 dec 2013 , after this no news ,.....

but today i wake up i go work i open my laptap i find him sended me email .... wowow i open it i find receipt from immigration with cass number

quick i open uscis website to look what st up my cass i find it in there

Initial Review from 10 april \

help me please is still long time untill intrvew ? thanks

Unfortunately, yes, you still have a long wait ahead of you. Looks like your lawyer just sent your packet at the beginning of April if it's saying "initial review as of April 10". I wish I had better news for you

No matter how many threads you ask this in... It is same answer. Your lawyer did not send it your paperwork until April. You have a long wait as you are only at beginning. Ask lawyer why they not send it in December? Process is about 1 year from April 13. Fire your lawyer, get an honest one!
