From what it looks like it won't be until November till I can leave the Netherlands. Which kind of sucks since it's taking a huge toll on the relationship as well. My fiancee wants me to be there with her asap. And its taking longer and longer. It also makes it harder to actually plan anything. Like we wanted to do the wedding for friends and family (outside of the 3 month period) in february if I was able to get a job before. Now the way it looks, I won't have a job (or at least if my prospective employer walks away because of the timeframe) and the wedding will be pushed back big time...

I wish I was on the West cost now, having the CSC... Since they are tugging along at a great pace.

Yup it can be pretty frustrating. I really try not to look at it.... even when I go to check Igor's List and it starts on CSC! I just change it to TSC as soon as I can. Of course, then even when it is on TSC you still have the incorrectly documented CSCs in there.

If you look at trend that means they should start on March soonish? With only 3xx left in Feb.

I don't think that's how many they've done from that month...I think that's how many they've completed as a whole (as in those listed as "completed" are from october or something. I could be wrong, though...I wish I was wrong. You can see they have a backlog of over 6000. and if you look at csc, they have a much smaller backlog... It sucks to be us.

I think what you are looking at is a chart that has not been updated since February.

At that point they had 6700 I129Fs that have not been approved and were not waiting for RFE... During the month of February they only approved 1509 but they received an additional 1944...

That is how I read their chart... Not a good trend....

If you switch to California service center you will see that they approve more each month than they get new ones....

For the 5 month mark, Texas should be on December/January. Though I think a lot of December filers did get through last month. I'm hoping for a late September approval with two months for interview/physical I'm hoping to take some time off work when he gets here...since were getting married, but a coworker is due to give birth around that time & since my fiancé doesn't live here, he's not really my fiancé so the marriage doesn't matter so they'll probably decline my vacation request:( so , I hope we get approved sooner. Texas needs to speed up!

Sorry, but why is he not really your fiancé because he doesn't live with you?? and why would your marriage not matter?!

If you are marrying someone, they are your spouse in every country. I noticed your SO is from England. USA does recognize UK marriages.

Sweetwinks, sorry, sarcasm doesn't flow well in text. My work doesn't see my engagement as real. I get made fun of & they think it's a joke. I'm completely in love with him but because he doesn't live here, he doesn't exist in their minds. No one seems to believe let alone understand what I'm going through. It's a bit frustrating. However, I leave in less than 2 days for another visit & that'll help a lot.
