Also, from what I understand, the petitioner is the one that has to make contact about a petition. I don't think they will help much if the beneficiary is contacting.

Read what is going on in TSC on the site, We filed in March and hopefully we can get our NOA2 by September, But you never know what can happen with TSC

I noticed that the TSC constantly fluctuates. They will be working on like feb 28th, then drop back to like Feb 8th and then jump to feb 22nd. Really annoying. Does that annoy anyone else?

They do fluctuate but a lot of what you see here can be attributed to people not putting data in correctly However, if it is in the same month like that, that isn't too bad and I bet it is real.

Just stay positive and try not to watch the stats too much. I promise it will all be over soon!

Back in 2010 my K-1 took 287 days from NOA 1 to interview. My AOS also took a little over 10 months for approval. I smile a little when i see people freaking out over a 3 month wait

Just seen where they updated the service center timeline. As of October 31, 2014 they are on May 6, 2014. So is it safe to assume they are truly working on June through July now? http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?docid=50909
