Hello everyone,

I am thinking about filing for K-1 Visa. I have completed all the required documents but I was wondering if this is too much proof.

So far I have:

about 6 pages of skype call log

about 25 pages of skype chat log

about 10 pages of sms while I was with her

about 15 page of facebook chat log

about 10 page of viber chat log

about 20 pictures

and some receipts.

I was hoping if some one could help me with this process.

Thank you.

Is this for the initial I-129F filing? Are you also including the most important evidence, which is proof of meeting face-to-face in the last 2 years such as copies of passport stamps and boarding passes?

No, it is not too much. I hope you also have receipts of your spend together, boarding pass, accommodation receipts, shopping, dining out,
credit card charges, ATM withdrawals etc...receipts that put you in the same place at the same time so to speak.
Ask in your regional forum. Read reviews from others of their experience, specific to your embassy, what they want and how much is considered enough. Each country is different.

I don't think it's too much. I have over 700 hundred Skype chat pages in fine print so far.... Whih can be doubled, I think, by he day we file the petition. I don't know how to edit them so to turn them into something not too heavy for sending the petition... Shall put then on the CD as a word file?

I would ask in my regional forum but it seems to be dead. About credit card receipts: That is one thing I don't have but do have lots of pictures. Thank you for answering so those evidence i was talking about is not too much right? I was just worried about sending too much information.

Actually I have over 700 pages of skype chat too but I am just picking every other 30 pages. I am not including everything. If I include every messages from viber, skype and facebook I will have more than 2000 pages of chat logs. :D About sending those in CD. That is a interesting idea. I wonder if we can do that/

Embassy reviews / Nepal.

Definitely not too much. Bring more to the interview spanning your entire relationship time from day one to current.

Yes, Jay Kay ;) . I am filing for initial I-129F. I am also including passport stamps, pictures, copy of boarding passes for last 2 year. I was wondering if I am sending too much. If anyone could help me with this, that would be wonderful.

Thank you

So long as you have the proof of meeting for the I-129F, the rest is just for the K-1 visa interview at the consulate and not really required for the I-129F petition to be approved. If you are front-loading so this evidence will be in your file already for the K-1, then I do not think it is too much. Hundreds of pages is too much for an I-129F petition. Yours seems just fine and a balance of different types of evidence. Good luck!

How can I edit those chats for printing then out? Pick one page from each week? Or month? Sending 700 printed pages will be useless, I think - they will get scared and just toss them away without reading... What can be the best policy? I wish there were specific precise instructions on this matter...

I wish a USCIS officer was reading our topic and commenting on that, sharing with us the way they treat skype chat logs from I-129 packages...

Yes, just choose a chat from every month or two that spans the entire time of your relationship.

Hi, What I did was put everything in one file and copy every 30 pages and save in different file.
