Hi

I dont know this is the right place to ask about this, but since its related to the K1 visa, im posting here.

If the mods think its not the right place for this topic, please, change it to another thread!

Im from Brazil and my fiance is from NC. We are together since 2010,and now that DOMA dont exist, he sent the I-129F package to the USCIS.

I found out he has cheated on me, and I no longer want to be with him,and asked him to withdraw the petition, but he says he's always busy.

Can I call USCIS and withdraw it,being the beneficiary?

Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear that. You can't withdraw it, but you aren't obligated to do anything more with it, like apply for the visa. Just don't continue. Best of luck.

The petition not being withdrawn is only a problem if the beneficiary falls for another USC and files another K1 soonish right?

Yes, an approved I-129F petition will most likely just expire after a few months. I have seen a few where the consul said an old petition was still active, but that's rare.

My Wife of 4 years is having an affair. Where do I stand with all the support I am obligated to .It's been awhile since I've been here and I forgot how to navigate the site so surely I'm posting in the wrong place..I am so emotionally drained now could someone direct me to the right thread?

You should probably start your own thread with the details of your situation.
