I was out of status when I married US citizen in October 2011. We finally filed papers on August 2013. Our first interview is scheduled in the end of this March. But my husband confessed to me he has been cheating on me and that he is withdrawing his petition. What's going to happen? Will I be deported? And what should I do next?

If your husband is withdrawing his petition I-130 (even after USCIS has approved the petition ,you can still withdraw it before USCIS makes a final decision on the I-485 adjustment of status application), then you have no basis to adjust status.

You could accept things are over and either wait for the denial to come or leave the country before it comes.

So sorry to hear this. Sadly the system is against you. I do find it rather messed up though that a USC Husband can be a douche by cheating, then a double douche by forcing someone to go back home. It actually happens to people that have been building their life for a while and have given up everything to be with their spouse, and they're left going back to absolutely nothing. There are so many topics on this forum about USC getting "scammed" and "revenge" posts, yet this is a perfect example of a USC screwing someone over. It happens a lot too.

This person had already overstayed and most likely will not return home. They will continue to be one of the millions of undocumented.

The OP doesn't mention being in any new relationship with anyone, or are you suggesting she goes out to find a new USC to marry purely for a green card?

I can't. I fled my country, because of my abusive parent. My close relative rescued me by bringing me here.
