I know I'm a little early and excited, but tomorrow is March and I can't help it! Where are the other April filers? I am sending mine in the first week of April. I am a military wife so I believe I should send to Nebraska although we live in PA.

What kinds of proof are you all including? So far I have:

Copy of GC

DL of me and hubby

Marriage cert

BC of hubby and baby

3 years tax transcripts (2011, 2012 and 2013)

Lease

2013 credit and debit card joint accounts (quarterly, not monthly)

I will probably add some homecoming photos from his deployment

What do you think? Did I miss anything?

Looking forward to hearing from other April filers!

My application was mailed 03/27 and delivered 03/31 which makes me an April filer. Good luck to all!!!

Out of curiosity, is there a certain metric to detemine what makes one a filer of a certain month? Based on your timeline to date, I would consider you a March filer. I, for one, only posted out my petition yesterday (31st March), and I'm considering myself a March filer. Just wondered since I wasn't sure how this was all being determined.

I went with the earliest date USCIS can have any action on the application which would be April 1st.

Fair enough. I think I'll stick with being a March filer since that's when I actually filed. By the way, if your file was received by the USCIS on the thirty-first of March, then there could very well already be action on your file as early as yesterday. Many times, Notices of Actions and Priority Dates are issued for the very same day an application is received.

P.S: I remember you from the Removal of Conditions forums. Good luck to you in this final step.

Hey guys

so I was planning on mailing my package tomorrow, btu I have a quick question. I haven't received my tax return transcript from 2013, I only have return transcripts from 2010, 2011, 2012... is that enough? is it okay if I dont send my tax return transcript from 2013? I was hoping I would get it this week, but nothing yet. Thanks

Have you tried downloading it from irs.gov? I just downloaded and printed mine out, or is that where you are looking already? I'd like to say that I think it will be ok and you can just bring the 2013 transcripts at your interview but let's wait to see what others say :)

Are you waiting for it to come in the mail? You can just download from IRS website instantly.

My Immigration Journey:

K1: June 2010 - December 2010

AOS: April 2011 - June 2011

ROC: April 2013 - August 2013

I had tried the IRS website already, but It didnt work for me. I would click on the year 2013 and nothing would show up, but just because you guys mentioned it again I gave it another try and it worked :D I had my browser settings blocking pop-ups and thats why it wasn't showing. :dancing: Thanks. I'll let you all know when I mail it tomorrow. I'll probably post my check-list in a minute just to make sure I'm not forgetting anything.

Ok so here is my Check list. I know I'm adding things that they didn't ask for, but I have so many copies of this kind of stuff that I see no reason why not to send it, besides this is My last time filing for something related to immigration so I'm giving them all! haha

Check with Application and Biometrics fee ($680)

-Form N-400

-Form G-1145 (E-notification)

-Passport Pictures (with A# on the back)

-Copy of current greencard both sides

-Copy of my passport and my expired passport

-Letter printed online from the Selective Service System verifying my registration.

-My wife's birth certificate

-Copy of her driver License (I always add this as proof of her name change and common address)

-Certified copy of our marriage certificate

-Tax transcripts (filed jointly 2010-2011-2012-2013)

-Car insurance (both of our names since 2012 to 2014)

-My electric bills from 2011 until 2014 (just a couple per year)

-Letter from our bank stating that we've had a join account since 2010.

-Summary of our accounts showing both of our names, address, Checking account, saving account.

-Lease from our apartment since 2011 (we're month-to-month now tho)
