Oh! I'm saddened by your delay but I know CSC works faster. Mine took 88days of its approval. Dont worry you'll get your approval pretty soon. Best of luck!

Yours is long overdue. Your lawyer should look into it. So happy to have NOa2

pd should move forward for F2A in july if not we have to wait till next fiscal year starts in October.

What are the next steps after NOA2? Even though my attorney takes care of all for me, I am curious about the next steps. When will NVC contact me? only after PD becomes current?

NVC wont contact you. You need to start calling after 2/3 weeks of your NOa2 to find out if they have received your case file. Sometimes it takes 4weeks for NVC to receive your case file. But you have to keep calling. Here is the number. NVC: 6033340700

I'm now on my 7th week of waiting for the NVC letter. Tried to call them but they've been telling me to wait a little more. I'm a little anxious about the waiting but many filers ahead of me like the October filers don't have their case number and invoice number yet so I need to be cool cause I'm a November filer and I'm a little behind them. LOL!

Lol.. I understand, but at the same time there are people that received the nvc number after a couple weeks.. So i would recommend to be ahead of your case, maybe calling the office may help to get your number faster.. We still need to wait for our priorirty dates to become current in the bulletin but is good to wish that everything will be done on amazingly fast proccesing times.. Keep us posted in your case! Best of luck!?

I have been reading several websites regarding when my PD will become current. My PD is Jan 21, 2014. Everyone is giving different answers, anywhere from 6 months to three years. I dont know what to believe. Anyone here have a better idea?

That is not true sbai2000 as I already got my case number and I am not current. He should get his case number in a month or less.
