It seems NSC's "5 months" declaration is not a lie and at least they are trying to catch up the delay, right? :)

Does anyone know if the processing times on the VJ link below are correct? It says that NSC is processing I-130s from January 12, 2014. I've been reading this thread and so far, I see that other VJ members have said NSC is working on October, possibly Nov. 2013 cases, not 2014.

Well what we can really track for sure are the people that post their case on here and see when their PD is and when they get their approvals. Idk why it says that on that link and it could be that there was a couple of people that were approved for January of 2014, but the majority of November files are just now getting being processesd as the spreadsheets show. All we can do is pray that everyone can be approved without further delays.

I assume this data includes people from Philippines or others who can take expedition process due to the typhoon.

We can see, also on this site, some philippine people applied on Feb and March this year already gets approved.

And we sometimes exclude those special cases when talking about the processing time.

As a matter of fact, for most people who can't take expedition, October is the currently processing time and November will be soon.

LotusRaj: according to the spreadsheets, which of course is just a small sample but as pointed out earlier has been accurate, shows a few novembers being processed. It could be a few weeks maybe upto a month or two based on the spreadsheets. Keep a look out for the spreadsheets and see how many get approved in the next coming weeks and you can kinda guesstimate as to when you will get approved.

Our case is straight forward, we've even had 2 congressional inquiries. The latest one was about 2 weeks ago, NSC even responded via email to the Congressional liasion that we needed to give it 60 more days. More stalling tactics.

PD: Nov, 4, 2014 (NOA1)

Called Nebraska Service center on April 1, 2014 they said working on October 4, 2013. Called today they said they are working on Nov 1, 2013. Even though case is out of processing time they are not creating service request. They are saying wait another month. 5 months processing time is a lie.
