Try not to worry too much. We got a RFE two weeks ago and just replied to it. They asked for a "legible" copy of my fiancé's divorce decree. We had sent one that was perfectly legible so we were very puzzled. They may have lost it but we will never know. Anyway my fiancé got another certified copy from the courthouse so hopefully this should be ok. I totally understand your frustration. We had gone through all docs with our lawyer, nothing was missing, I had all my British docs certified but I guess it depends on the adjudicator.

Keep us posted!

I 99.9999% guarantee it is something so simple and easy to fix, you'll breathe a sigh of relief when you open the letter.

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

March 29th 2018: Card being produced

April 6th 2018: Card in hand. Has incorrect "resident since" date. Submitted service request on I-751 case (typographical error on permanent resident card) and an I-90 online.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

August 15th 2018: Card in hand with correct date. :joy:

October 31st 2018: Potomac sends out a notice stating they have closed out my I-90 per my request. Yay for no duplicate card drama.

So I checked my immigration thing today and it says we got a RFE. We submitted so much evidence of our relationship though. I'm not sure what else to send other then phone records and christmas cards. Someone please help?

Don't panic when u get a RFE,I got 1 too and my petition was approved by uscis. When sending evidence such as pictures USCIS requires that u write on the back of each photo where and when the photo was taken. Though they received your photos they want you to give details. The list may also require Affidavits stating ur intntion to get married after entering the US.

We had the affidavit in there. But our photos were not dated I hope that's all this is.

Also I hope they don't want a note from my parents verifying our relationship. My parents are totally unsupportive of the whole thing and would not do anything to help. However other family members and friends would write one. I am 23 and my fiance 29.

Why on earth would they want anything from your parents at your age?? It will be some bit of paper you need to send or correct something you have sent. Your parents have nothing to do with it.

If you submitted a lot of evidence, it is probably nothing too major. You should get the letter in the next few days, and respond to it as soon as you can. The sooner you respond, the sooner it will be reviewed.

An RFE is not the end of the world, wait till you get it then provide the documents they

are requesting. When they receive it, they usually respond within 10 days. So dont sit

on it... Also, its not going to cost you any more money, just the postage to respond.

GOOD LUCK!

Why did he get an intent to deny?

Because my fiance didnt read the I-129f instructions.

And he sent only the I-129f form and tge check noting else, I was waiting an denied but for my surprice they sent an ibtent to deny letrer asking for everything missing.

We were lucky because I have red that all people that send only the check and the form I-129f are denied .

I tell you, I was all the time waiting a deny, but God is powerfull and help us with this.

Maybe a little something your lawyer forgot / what did you send?

I-129F Petition

G-325A for both of us

Affidavit about our relationship and Intent to marry

Copies of every page of both our passports

Passport style photos

Phone records

Pictures

Flight itineraries

And Money Order

But yeah my lawyer compiled it all up. And had me look at everything before sending it in.
