by keep calling USCIS twice in a week to check my pending removing condition case status that`s will make them delay the process by keep making (service request)?

My son and I just got back from a two week trip to Guatemala. I was beyond nervous about coming back with my green card being so close to expiring. They didn't even blink an eye, in and out without a problem.

01/07/2011-> Packet Sent.
01/12/2011-> NOA1
05/11/2011-> NOA2
05/19/2011-> NVC Receives we have our No.
05/20/2011-> Case sent to the Consulate.
05/25/2011-> Consulate Received Package.
05/28/2011-> Received Packet 4 with my Interview Letter.
06/01/2011-> Medical Exam.
07/14/2011-> Interview at 8:00 am. APPROVED!!!
07/18/2011-> Pick up Visa at the Embassy.
08/03/2011-> P.O.E.
10/15/2011-> MARRIED!

For those of us who have completed their Biometrics (3/12/14), what is the next step in the process? How long of a waiting game for us? :clock:

That is a million dollar question. ;)

Right now they are processing December,so i think next month is january filers turn and then ours.

So there are three outcomes-straight approval,rfe then approval,rfe then interview and then decision(approval or denial).In some cases they straight send interview notice,its rare but may happen.Also few people are waiting for decision for over 1 year :ph34r: . Every case is different so result is also different for everyone.

But there are many exceptions i have seen in I751 processing like-people submitting lot of docs getting rfe or interview and people submitting very few getting approved within 3 months of filing.One of my friends filed in October,she just submitted last three bank statements and other few docs to support petition.Still she got approved within 3 weeks of filing,in the first week of january without any rfe.

So i can say that little bit of luck works here too,or you never know what they want.

According to timeline we expect to get first approval in May.Fingers crossed :thumbs:

Happyhastings brought a good topic. Would it be enough to take the NOA1 (+/- bio letter) and the will be expiring CG to the DMV to renew the DL? Didn't see any post that contribute to this point.

Maybe I am overreacting but I have sent I-751 with following documents on 4/8/2014, received next day ( 4/9/14) and signed by L Zuchowski. Its been two weeks and I have not gotten Notice of Action and my check has not been cashed yet!!!

Nothing, crickets for two weeks ..... :(

Should I call Vermont center and ask or just wait .... Please advise !!!!!

You're on the February filers thread, you should create your own topic. :) (and provide more info, like when is your GC expiring.... create a timeline on VJ, it will help)
