Go there and then put your address. After that, look in his website to need help with federal agency. You fill out the ralese form, after that they can submit a query on your behlaf

Congrats Canada_Socks!!! So happy for you!!

We submitted the RFE response through the lawyer on Oct 7th, they received the package on the 9th. My case status online is still the same and I never received any letter in the mail yet.

The RFE letter says that I should call if I don't hear anything within 60 days, I was hoping not to wait this long to hear from them but looks like the 60 days timeframe will pass and I will have to call.

I just hope we don't have to go through an interview as it will create unnecessary stress for us!

Hi,DC 85,I tried your introduction to write a query to the congress,after I finished the query,I was asked to printed and mail to him,I couldn't submit the query in the internet directly,Is it right?Thank you very much.

It varies from a congressman to another, don't mail it, if you try to mail it it may take 2 weeks to reach them. Call them and ask if you can fax it or send it by email. I did fax it when I contacted my senator office

Hi,

I'm a newbie here, and I appreciate any advice. When I check my case at USCIS online, the last update posted is from February 3, 2014. I'm told that USCIS received Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxx, and sent me the receipt notice that describes how USCIS will process my case. My biometrics appointment was on March 2014, and it has been over 90 days since I responded to an RFE. Any thoughts?

That's so funny. I just mailed mine yesterday and it got there today and it said L.ZUCHOWSKI singed the package and I was so confused for a second. I was like I hope I didn't mail it to someone else cause I wasn't sure that a signutare willl be needed but I'm relieved now. Let's see how long it takes to get an email to let me know they opened the case. How long does that take? Do you guys know?
