So i guess they review DS-260 first and then IV documents? I thought they are both part of the same package. correct me if I am wrong. Thank You

WOOHOOO!!!! Got our case number and IIN tonight! I called about 12 hours ago and they didn't have it in the system, but this time I struck gold! I'll have to call back tomorrow to give the beneficiary's email address; the case was too recently inputted for them to be able to take it tonight, but they had mine in the system already, so I'm happy.

CEAC shows AOS fee as "not invoiced," unsurprisingly. Relieved to be moving ahead!

You are giving me hope as my I-130 was received at NVC on the 21st of January as well - Think I may start calling twice per day now haha!

Alright, so the years are definitely listed correctly. Did you file the 1040 or 1040EZ for 2012? 2011? 2010?

I got this email just couple of minute ago

Dear ......,

According to the National Visa Center, the affidavit of support that you submitted left Part 6, Question 13 A (year and income) blank, and that section needs to be completed. Please re-submit an affidavit of support to the National Visa Center, with a fresh signature that does not leave any questions blank. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hehe, go for it! Good luck, I really think they ought to have your numbers soon. We've been so discouraged waiting for our case number, and I was so sick of calling every morning to hear the same spiel. But I thought how awesome it would be to finally have good news to share, figured what the heck, and gave them a second call. I'm so glad I did. It's a small step and a small boost, but one we badly needed last night.

I have a question...and I PROMISE I read posts 1 and 2

But my husband just went to pick up his Police Report/ Criminal Record and they already gave it to him in English (he lives in Portugal). Will NVC accept it already in English from the country of origin or will they want it translated from someone in the US with a notary?

They review whatever they get to first. The DS-260 is an online form whereas the IV package isn't, so they obviously don't review them at the same time.

Well, if the picture you included before was a copy of the submitted I-864, then it obviously wasn't left blank... You can try calling NVC and requesting to speak with a supervisor. Explain the situation and see if they can do a supervisor review.

Happy to finally see some case completes. Any others come on over to the thread. Interviews should start being assigned for April this week.
