Please look at the quote from the first post, I will put in bold the very question you asked that I already had addressed before you 'read' it:

If you spent half the amount of time preparing for ROC as you've spent complaining here, you never would have received an RFE.

OP, create some Wills, Medical Powers of Attorney, HIPAA releases if applicable, and similar documents. These are excellent evidence that seem to be universally overlooked. They're important to have in "life," the immigration process aside.

A lack of preparation is obvious here. For others who are reading and wish to think ahead, the best advice that I got was to take anything since marriage that could remotely apply to ROC, and throw it into a box. By the time ROC comes up, you might have more to choose from than you even want to use. We ended up with a smorgasbord of stuff that covered every quarter of our marriage.

Yes, I see that those items are mentioned in the part you posted from the RFE letter. However, you did not specify what exactly you had sent in the first place. I understand English quite well. I also understand the need for clearly expressing yourself when using it as a tool asking for help from others.

People were trying to help you respond to your RFE. If someone repeated something you had previously sent, how does that hurt you any? Skip over the repeats and look for the ideas that might help you out. Seems much better than lambasting those that were kind enough to respond to your plea for help.
