So the rumours about CSC is slow sent the case file to NVC are almost true. Mine was at TSC and felt fortunate I was given my case number less than 2 weeks from approval date. On the top of that, my fiance received mail from NVC containing all information including my case number a week after got it by phone.

Have you tried call both NVC and DoS back and forth?

Hi all i Recieved NOA2 almost a month ago no luck with NVC yet any oct vjs have recieved the case number ..CSC i guess the snail mail process ...

Hi there..based on the timeline, the latest date of NOA2s from CSC that NVC received as of today are from Sept 27-Oct 3. TSC are way faster in sending their cases to NVC. Don't worry yours might be in NVC by next week but just keep calling and hang in there. All of us here are going through that process.. Mine was October 3 and I called this morning, the lady said that they don't have it yet then, I tried again this afternoon and voila, the guy said that they just got it and in the process of entering them in their system so I have to wait for few more days for the case number..

It is such a waiting game but it's all worth it..smile.png

A few updates today, looked like 10/3 - 10/4 were received today. Try calling again in a few days.

there you go.. they even had the 10/4 NOA2... it's moving!

~ Moved from K-1 Process to K-1 Progress Reports - topic is case status ~

MOD:

I believe this is a K-1 visa progress report as you mentioned on the post. But I am seeing the post moved in to IR-1/CR-1 progress report sub forum. Just want to clarify for OP to get the correct answer.

Hi all i Recieved NOA2 almost a month ago no luck with NVC yet any oct vjs have recieved the case number ..CSC i guess the snail mail process ...

We received our NOA2 on August 27, till now no case number, they (USCIS, NVC and DOS) keep tossing us.

We are fed up, we have given up! If they want they give us the case number, if they don't want to, they should keep it.

What at all is this? We are so disappointed!!!
