Is this normal? Waiting almost 1 month for interview date.

We are case complete August 28th and still waiting on an interview date to be scheduled. Is this normal time for NVC to schedule an interview?? It seems like people usually get their interview dates pretty quickly after case complete.

I have been seeing quite a few posts just like yours, seems to be a backlog right now in the system. Hold tight, I'm sure your interview date will come soon :) If you have already gotten the letter from the NVC with your case number and stating they are sending your case to the embassy, you can try contacting the Travel Docs help folks or the embassy. If you have not yet gotten anything from the NVC, you could try giving them a call to check on the status of your case. Best of Luck :)

Is your embassy from manila? If you are, then you should be able to schedule your interview online as long as you have the MNL case number..
