The 100 pages of Skype & Facebook correspondence is far too much. No one at any stage of the process will want to read that much. Instead, prepare a log of the conversations, and include perhaps half a dozen full conversations that you want the consulate to see.

USCIS will not care about this extra material, but will pass it to the consulate, which will care.

Edit: Your ages are not an issue.

The thing is that when you Skype with someone you don't really write that much, but you video chat, and even though we have a few sentences here and there, i didn't even translate them, i just highlighted the dates and how many hours we've talked each time from 2011-2013. Actual translated conversations are about 5 pages. From what you read so far from my case, do you think there's a chance of not being approved?

If you fulfill USCIS requirements, your I-129F petition will be approved.

If you fulfill the consulate's requirements, the K-1 visa will be granted.

The second stage is often extremely overlooked, to people's chagrin and lasting regret.

Go atop any VJ page, click the links for "Embassy Info" and "Reviews: Embassy," read thoroughly (paying particular attention to the very WORST stories), and prepare accordingly by including necessary or desired materials (to be passed to the consulate) with your petition package. This is called front-loading. It's crucial in many instances and not so much in others.

I am just added:

Regarding about Skype, my fiance and I are doing video calls most of times, only a few chats to mentioned. Just try to print screen while both of you sending videos to each others. I did it. But, I did not send those ensembled into our I-129F. You will need it for proof ongoing relatioship. Good luck in your journey.

Keep in mind, this is NOT a simple process. You have to prepare for yourself for everything. in addition, you need spend more time reading about the whole process. There are some cases, the waiting times longer than what people are expected.

The affidavit form goes almost at the end of this whole process. Im sorry to say this but you guys have to go through a lot of steps before to get there . In our case has taken almost a year - For now i would suggest to start working on your bin with all the information possible. For my understood , it doesnt have to be "how much" but how good it is organized.

Welcome aboard :-)

I don't need to send the affidavit of support with my petition, as long as my fiance has it with him in his interview, correct?
Thank you so much for your help with all my heart. I hope they won't take long on my case because it's very simple and straight-forward.
And in my petition should i write NONE or N/A for all the blanks that are not applicable to us, like being married before, or having children, etc.?

Thank you for your advice. I hope the whole journey doesn't take longer than 6 months.

Just a bit of freindly advice, you are at the very very very start of the process so please don't place any expectation as to how long (6 months) it will take as your setting yourself up only to suffer disapointment.

"An expectation is only a resentment in the making".

I was 19 once and in love, and looking back I don't think when I was 19 I had what would have been needed to face the visa process, so I honnor your strength.

You will have so many twist and turns and road blocks through the next few years that will test and try you both. Focus on your future life together and prepare for the unexpected, "hope for the best but always prepare for the worst".

Good luck to you both!

Please know and be prepared that it most likely will. It has taken some people longer than that just to get their I-129F petition approved. You wait months for a petition approval, then you still have to wait for the approval to go through the NVC and onto your consulate. Then you have to wait to get an interview set. This is not a quick, or cheap process. You should never expect it to be. And, once this part is done and you are together in the US and married, you will still have AOS to deal with, then almost 2 years after that, ROC. You will be dealing with the USCIS and immigration documentation for a long time.

i agree you don't really need that many pages of skype and pics but make sure you have a copy of your passport (the whole thing) with stamps on entering his country. all others are extra proof but still good to add that extra just not that much. also like everyone says, it can take 5+ months. you are lucky if you get a noa2 at 5 months but average is longer then that. be patient and good luck to you two. also yes read the guides on vj here cuz they help.
