I'm assuming she is driving across your property line to park part-way on both properties? If so, a 2X4 X 3' placed on the road just inside your line might make her go around it to park on her side. If that doesn't deter her, then if it were to grow spikes in a few days, it might be more convincing.

(currently) Most of time = The Hag parks with just the nose of her car on her side.

Sometimes = Hag moves forward to 50/50.

B4 FPD instructed move dead vehicle = Hag would rotate = 1-2 days parking (almost) right in front of the walkway leading to our front door. 1-2 days in front of Ed's house. 1-2 days directly across the street from Hag's house.

btw...dead vehicle has been moved to Hag driveway in back of Hag house. Hag has parked dead vehicle IN THE DAMN MIDDLE OF HAG DRIVEWAY. We think this is an attempt to mystify us with an optical illusion = no more space on the drive. The freaking driveways are more than big enough to hold 4 cars. They are designed that way on purpose! SMH.

(I 4got to add earlier - When Hag came home to find Garage doors had been left open. Hag was overheard scolding 1 of her daughters for doing so. Jig is up Hag = we all know why you park out front.)

Board on the road. I like it but I am not sure City Ordinances will allow it. I will investigate.

Yeah, the spiky board might cross over the line when it causes damage to the tires. A single nail every week or so would be less conspicuous.

A learning garage remote could come in handy, too, just to be a nuisance. But probably wouldn't get the car-on-my-side point across.

See if you can get a local ordinance prohibiting overnight parking, or no parking one day a week for street cleaning.

If you do make any appointments for work estimates, etc, don't forget to block your caller ID so that they won't know who called. We will regardless coz we need the dirt once frost hits. I'm gonna berm & tier the beds. (Raised bed gardens are the best!)

The wood is also a possibility bcoz we plan to make some changes / improvements to the patio & deck. We are thinking to order a little extra lumber ...just in case.

I think it's time for some of the skunk stink on the tires too.

We are actually considering a water balloon filled with a mix of the stink & water. Should give it a thorough coating.

But...we are gonna wait a bit. We spent some time discussing Karma this morning. Not really sweating the Karma aspect coz = we are giving in return. Not initiating. But still...we want to exhaust other options b4 we intensify the attack.

Called Collin County Sherriff department. I did not know (exactly) how to explain why I was calling..so I winged it.

The helpful lady on the other end of the call = Described almost word for word what Darnell advised. Transferred me to dispatch - provided a rough draft explanation (again) & # 2 helpful lady on the other end of the call = "it's called a welfare check. (but) All of our guys have gone home for the day & really, you should be requesting this from FPD. I can transfer you now if you like..."

This presents an obstacle = We have already filed the Animal Control Complaint. During process fact finding conversations - AC advised me to keep complaint focused so we don't give off a disgruntled neighbor image & skew judges thinking if a lawyer gets in it on Hag side.

Hmmmmmm. I exited call with the "need to discuss with my wife" excuse. Got the direct #.

Need to give this some thought b4 make next move.
