We are on water restriction level 3 = sprinkler watering is 1 day a week between 10pm - 6am.

After hearing Hag's description of other male neighbors = we decided to back away & discontinue conversation. There is more to the story but I already rambled on too much.

Bottom line = Hag's actions demonstrate who she is. Talking is a waste of time & possibly invites a harassment claim.

Don't forget the psychiactrict (sp?) sherrif's office. She's displaying erratic behavior that might be indicative on some mental disease, so it's best to contact that office and file a longish report. If warranted, they will do a home visit. If further warranted, they will take her in for a 3 to 5 day evaluation.

I agree but as we & other neighbors concluded = Police will only get in the mix if Hag is violating any city ordinances,

AC will probably investigate the Dogs living conditions since we were able to get affidavits signed by several residents.

Best thing for Hag, the Dogs & the neighborhood = Hag moves back to the boondocks whence Hag came. The Dogs could bark & run free. The Hag can behave as Hag desires & we all enjoy the neighborhood we live in. Hag has become an everyday irritant = Hag needs to stop making Hag problems every1 else's problems or move somewhere else.

BTW...several of the women in the neighborhood think Hag is doing this for attention. Hag likes to sob & cry on other people's shoulders.

Find some kids that want to form a punk band and offer them rehearsal space for free. You can usually have loud music up until 10 pm in most Cities.

I doubt our neighbors would appreciate that but thanks anyway.

Update: Have applied the stink to a spot of grass right in front of Hag's driver side door. Man oh Man - The stuff reeks.

I am wondering how this will fly with some of the other neighbors but ..oh well....we're all in it together now.

May have to go back to Bass Pro & get something less potent. ..but not yet. Give this a chance & see how it plays out.
