She would first need to be otherwise eligible for a B2 Visitor Visa.

If she can show that she left within a month and prior to a deportation order then she have no ban.

She is going through a high fraud Consulate so what are her ties etc to her home country, does she have a good job etc?

We have the letter from US CUSTOMS and BORDER PROTECTION where it says that they update the records to reflect her departure from US,wich was 2006...

She had the deportation orders one in 06,and one in 07...

When she was before at the embassy to request a visa, she didn't had this letter at that time...I'm just wondering if she should try again ....is this update is gonna help her or do we need to remove those dep orders ?

Yes,she has a very good job there and also properties on her name ...and she had a statement from her bank acct as well....

Was the 2006 order before or after she left?

Exact dates would help.

HAs she retained evidence that she updated her address with INS?

Did she leave before the date required in her deportation order?
