I just called the NVC and no interview blink.pngranting33va.gif and now they told me your consulate has nothing to do with the interview, we do the scheduling and that you will just have to wait patiently. It really is amazing that every time you speak to someone they tell you something else.

I went to my congress last month and the letter he sent me says the NVC reply was "we are unable to predict when this case will be scheduled for an interview because of the limited capacity of the U.S. Embassy. We determine our scheduling based on the capacity provided to us by the U.S. Embassy."

The waiting game goes on....

Happy Monday everyone! Just a question, today is a holiday here in Canada, Canada Day....do you think there is any point in calling the NVC looking for an interview date? I'm thinking the Montreal Embassy will be closed, and therefore not sending dates today. Can anyone advise?? I'm praying for a date this week....

Dear dwheels when you say this is the week ! Dose it mean that if they are going to give us a date it has to be in this week !?? Or it can be any day in whole July !??

I just don't want to expect to much biggrin.png

Okay this week August interviews start. July interviews have been closed since middle last month. the only way to get a July interview is to request earlier date from your embassy once you get your interview date.

woww congrats smile.png im on the line with NVC right now , my CC was 12 of june 5 days after u ,i am hoping i have one too ,

i am thinking why yours is on August 22 ??? dose it mean that August is getting full toooooo crying.gif

Summer777 thats their embassy dear. maybe that week is the only opening. has nothing to do with your embassy. Plus remember there's thousands of others out there not on VJ. All you have to do is watch the DHL thread Truelovesjourney does of all the DHL (our casefiles0 that go to embassy and see the loads upon loads daily.

I know UK last month was like the last ones. All you can do is casll or wait for the email.

NVC will always say "we schedule all month". because for many embassy it is all month. long as there are open slots people get assigned immediately. Think Iceland no matter when you get case complete you will get an interview same day.

So in theory they are right they schedule all month just not for every embassy. There are some embassies that are very busy, i.e El Salvador, Vietnam, Cambodia. So the wait is a bit longer. But no one waits as long as Yemen. I sweet "I miss my baby. Waited since August and had there interview last month.

So hang in there call or just wait for email. We see now the scheduling has started. reported back. I love this time of month.

Thank you for the quick reply and clearing things up! I will call the NVC today then....my day won't feel complete without waiting on hold for 20 minutes! Lol

How fast are they in sending the interview email? Is it like the CC email that came 1 week after I actually got CC? Just wondering....

Thanks again, I'm praying we all get some good news soon!!
