I might need to get a storage unit soon. I think all the siblings ( 21 of them ) wanted to know when he is filing for them. I hate to think of the income requirement for 21 ( plus spouses and children )

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Congratulations !

To keep the cost of housing low, please consider buying 3 acres just outside of town, setting up 5 to 10 ship containers and retrofitting them (work done by the first set of siblings after they arrive)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

My city is considered built out. But next city over 1/2 acre residential/multifamily zoming is going for 250K with no improvments / utilities that puts 3 arces at 1.5 mil then adding utilities and getting zoning changes plus building sounds expensive

so when you price land 'outside of town' again, try to pick a spot that is 'outside of town', aye?

a town, any town - doesn't matter - just make sure the land is 'outside of town'

Good advice and how I ended up in Celina. Frisco and Plano were ridiculously priced.
