I've only had American Pizza, hopefully one day, I can make it to ITaly and taste this Italian pizza you guys are all raving about.

Be careful. I've had some pretty bad Italian pizza too. It's not all good!

But most of it is heavenly! :luv:

I've never been to Italy so I can't compare. But I think you can find great pizza almost anywhere in the world if you know where to look. Of course, there is pizza and pizza....don't come to me with a greasy nasty chunks everywhere pizza!!

By the way, tonight I am going to an all-you-can-eat pizza place here in Brazil to celebrate a friend's birthday! Yummm!!! The pizzas are all done on special wood ovens ...hmmmmm...I can't wait! :P

The best pizzas I've ever had are in São Paulo. And now in my thighs. :P

The worst pizzas I've ever had were in Rio de Janeiro. Blechhhh

You guys are being way too picky about Pizza. I have a lot of Italian friends, and they eat American pizza like its going out of fashion. To them, its pizza, they love it. Hell I even got invited to watch the Inter - Palermo match with some Italians the other day while they served Dominos pizza that even I wouldn't normally touch.

My wife has been here one year now and we have had one pizza. It was half white sauce chicken broccoli and a combination. Fortunately my wife is a wonderful cook everything she prepares is fresh, nothing out of a can or fast foods. There just to many food that are better than pizza.

At least one a week since I got here. Sometimes more when I was working at Domino's. And now my husband is buying his own Domino's franchise, so once he goes and spends all our money on that, probably all we'll be able to afford to eat is pizza :P;)

Its not my favourite, but there's no real Italian pizza places around here.

Actually, all my experience of Italian pizzas are from Malta. But considering Malta is only a few miles across the sea from Sicily...it counts. :P The food is the same there as in Italy anyhoo. Really can't beat them. Not too high in calories either, if that's your thing.

I don't know how much pizza Sujeet has eaten since he came over...if I had to guess, I'd say he's had 75 home made pizzas, and 15 ordered pizzas. :P

;) Not a pizza fan or bread for that matter - prefer rice rice rice though :P can you tell?

But since Sep 2005 - ordered like 3 pizza from local pizza store.. dont like it that much.. have to put lots more stuff in myself... but forzen pizza is quite ok.. I dont remember what brand but it has big big meat ball and lots of topping.. I still put in some more meat and onion (and basil and mushroom) - and we eate that like 10 since I arrived...

But the pizza I like is thin crust with everything on it.. (I dont eat much though coz I dont like tomato sauce that they put in it and I dont like and cant eat cheeze that much...)

I cooked my own Thai food and some time would go for Chinese buffet with good sushi and Love Bram cooking :D

Ordered in pizzas = 0; frozen pizzas, supreme or deluxe style, to which I add lots of my own and different toppings ( mushrooms, green chillies, hot peppers, sweet peppers, spinach, more cheese, more tomatoes, more spices, fresh herbs, etc.) - probably about one every 2 weeks for 2 1/2 years:-).
