I am so greatful this thanksgiving mostly because i found the love of my life. (L) who will be sharing next Thanksgiving with me and my girls. This will be my last Thanksgiving alone without him I am happy for that. I am thankful for my children, and all of my family. I wish all of you a joyous , and blessed Thanksgiving. What are you all thankful for this Thanksgiving? :yes:

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

I think alot of people are in the same place as you are..And we should band together.. because as you said ..Next year we will be United with our love ones... and Not alone..

This is my first thanksgiving! I am really looking forward to it. It willl only be a smalll one as many of my wifes extended family are away this year, so only the inlaws, her bro and one uncle. Should be good though.

As for 'black friday' - well, I am currently working in retail (until i get my EAD or a GC) and only 3 days into my first retail job.....so i am fairly f****d for friday. It will be hell. Boooooooooooo!

this is my first thanksgiving here and although my husband's work wants to him to work he flately refused because its my first one here..its only going to be the two of us an robbie is cooking...(I'm cooking chrissie din dins)

when we went to buy the turkey he tried to convince me that a huge one was needed lol i had to talk him down to a medium size one lol

we all have alot to be greatful for health being with the one we love (finally) and just being alive...

Aye, there is always something to be thankful for. This is our first Thanksgiving together. Even though Canada has turkey on their thanksgiving (which is in October) this will be Joel's first American thanksgiving. We went shopping for TDay dinner together. (L) Isn't it funny how mundane things like that are special to those of us who have been without our beloveds for such a long time?

I'm grateful for Joel being here, finally. My heart also goes out to those of you who aren't able to be with your beloved one this holiday too. Just know that many of us have been there and we know how it feels. *hugs*

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone from us too....

I've been sitting on here for an hour now...we have the rest of the week off from school, but I had classes from 8-12...and I have class again for two hours in 15 min...I'm thankful that it's almost here so I can go and then get home already!!!! No, ok..seriously...I'm so thankful for my family...both my little family with Craig and Corey and my mom/dad/brothers/sisters...

Truthfully, I am thankful for God. He is the one who has introduced all of us to our loved ones and he is the one helping us through this whole process. He has bonded us on VJ as a family to help us through good and bad times, and has watched over us to keep us safe and saine. When ever you get down, though at times it is hard, just remember he is with us all and is getting us through this, even if at times we do not notice it. Thank you Lord for being here with us this Thanksgiving Day and every day of our lives. WJR
