Well good news to report and all praise and glory to God almighty.

The case has been found and reviewed again. Case was sitting on someones desk...

The case has been sent and recieved at the NVC.

Called Dep of state and they said it was sent and mr John said on the 13th. so I did not understand what month

he was talking about. so I called NVC and Mr Steve said your case was recieved, I said what can you pld repeat

that and he said yes.. Your case has been recieved and is being in put into the system so it could be 5 to 10 days

before it is in the system and given a case number. Wow I was so happy...

Who else sent their AOS and IV packets together (two enveloped inside a bigger envelope)? I sent mine together and got IV accepted after 9 business day. AOS still not accepted and tomorrow will be 12th business day.

I'm just worried the AOS packet got lost somewhere :/ (I know, I'm being crazy paranoid..)

So you can either wait a few more days till you get a reply to the first one or you can go ahead and send a second one.

Hi everyone,

Its been over a week since we received our case/IIN # from NVC but the invoice for the AOS hasn't been posted online yet. From what I've seen from other people's timeline, most have received it a few days after getting the case #. Is this just the natural variation or should I be worried? Any suggestions on what I should do next?

Also, I had sent out the DS-3032 email the day I got the case number and I haven't received a reply back (other than the auto-reply).

We received our AOS bill yesterday, eight days after having received the case number. Yours should also be coming soon.

I had also sent the DS-3032 email a couple of hours after we got the case number and I haven't heard anything yet. I was thinking of waiting until Monday or Tuesday and if it still hasn't been accepted, I'll resend it.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony
