Got Package from NVC

We just got a package from NVC with case number with form choice of address and agent . Just Paid IV FEE either .

1-Question is why we did not receive any checklist by NVC ?

2-Can i scan and send the form of address and agent to beneficiary so HE/SHE can sign and courier to the NVC direct with Visa Application & Police report ?

1. what do you mean why didn't you get a checklist? A checklist is sent when you are missing something. It's the same as a RFE.

2. No your country is not Electronic processing. You paid the IV fee you can now send in your DS-230 package through mail, fedex whatever.

If you just got the IV fee email and choice of agent how were you able to pay the IV Bill? Or are you talking about the AOS fee you paid.

Please go to the NVC filers thread and read post #1 and #2. You need to get familiar. I really can't tell what you have done here.

Follow the template for the DS-3032. Until they receive and accept that form you will not be invoiced for the IV Bill.

Yes we received in the POST and First thanks for replying me and My apologies Yes you were right i paid AOS FEE . Now please tell me step by step what to do next .

oK I read all the information and good thing is YES we do have every single document whats mention in that link .

Final thing i wana tell we received DS-3032 form with barcode and case number on that should i scan it and send it to Beneficiary or

we can just send DS-3032 via email to the NVC ?

The beneficiary can send the DS-3032 via email to the NVC. This will be the only document you can email.

That's good to hear. I didnt receive my DS-3032 either but was emailed to my hubby, which he forwarded to me. I read and read for possibilities of me emailing the DS-3032 (even though I read it here that you can email it) but there were none.

So I posted it back along with the barcode to the NVC via snail mail because I didn't want risk anything to go wrong.

They received it just about the same time hubby submitted his I-864 which was just perfect timing! THEN after few days, they will bill you the IV fees.

Thanks guys One more thing i want to ask which is What kind of Forms the beneficiary has to sign beside DS-230 and mail it to me ? I am asking because FEDEX charge good amount $$$ so i want him to sign all papers and send to me so i can send step by step to the NVC .

Forms none but they need the original/certified copies of: long form birth certificate, marriage certificate, police certificate(s), divorce decree(s), and military records.
