I sent in my further response to my second checklist (for the same thing) tonight. After I sent it, I noticed this on the Cover Sheet:

Do Not use this cover sheet if you are submitting forms and/or supporting documents by e-mail (Electronic Processing).

You included assets, I'm assuming. Did you not send any bank statements?

And you can just re-print the AOS bar-coded cover sheet from the payment portal to use for the checklist. No need to wait for the checklist bar-code.

If you include assets on the I-864 form to qualify, then you need to include bank statements and such.

Ohhhh, but still, if she paid from a US checking account, doesn't that kind of nullify the need for statements? blink.gif

Paying from a US checking account doesn't show how much is in the account, thus the need for bank statements.

OMG on 26a I put my amount in my checking account. I just went through and filled everything out, just now see that it said optional it's not like it was 15,000 dollars it was 1,500. So stupid so because I put down how much is in my bank account I delayed it. HOW DUMB I'm kicking myself right now!!!!!

AND there is not as much as I had listed in there now, that was done 3 weeks ago and bills have been paid since. So now what? Do I just submit the current months statement or just on the online view of my transactions which will be to current date and time? (it wouldn't let me edit my last post to add this to it headbonk.gif)

I mean if you're going to submit another form I would omit the bank acct altogether. Your salary is enough to support, right? Because a checking acct isn't really assets, since the number won't be constant. Even if you Showa current statement, will the same amount or more be there when you interview? Do you have a savings account that you can submit instead?

I mean if you're going to submit another form I would omit the bank acct altogether. Your salary is enough to support, right? I don't make enough as it is I have a co-sponsor and no savings account.

Lucy4 it's possible. My IV application was available on Easter Sunday (I do online forms.) Lol Maybe the update in the system went through then, I don't know.

It says if your income exceeds (mine doesn't with my 4 kids, which is why I have a co-sponsor) you can skip this part. Since mine doesn't that is why I thought it was not then optional for me and that I had to fill that part out.
