In your opinion, is it better to email the ds-3032 and if so doesnt the beneficiary have to sign it? What about the barcode also? cut and paste?

Just email it its super easy and effective

Last time I shown a photo of me and the president took in Madam Tussauds.....the interview cut short only 5 minutes.:rofl:

Lol i have the same picture lol !!!

Just wanted to write as a reference to everyone who has not sent in the IV package. If you did not send in a lot of bonafide evidence during the USCIS stage, sending evidence during the NVC stage will not slow down your approval. I only sent a few pictures during the USCIS stage and sent in 1 inch thick evidence to the NVC (Phone records 20 pages front back for the last year, 5 pages front back Yahoo chats 1 chat per week, 5 pages Skype screenshot front back showing my wife and I talking to each other, 5 pages AT&T Text message record, 7 pages with 2 pictures glued per page of Engagement, 7 pages with 2 pictures glued per page of Wedding, 7 pages with 2 pictures glued per page of Honeymoon, 401k Statement showing wife as beneficiary, Pension statement showing wife as beneficiary, Life insurance showing wife as beneficiary. Even with all this additional information, the case was approved the day it began to be reviewed. So if you're afraid that sending in additional evidence will delay your approval at the NVC, don't be.

I did the same, ludakrishna. If you remember, we sent in NOTHING at the I-130 stage because we thought the supporting evidence was optional. :bonk:

We did not feel like giving Immigration copies of our Skype chats or e-mails (none of their ****ing business) and we didn't phone or text, but we have a shared bank account, lease, car insurance, life insurance, pictures galore... I think we will be fine! :)

Thanks for the reassurance though... saves me from one more thing to worry myself about!

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

*keeps fingers crossed for you*

If you sent it with an attention to a supervisor, it should be looked at tomorrow. Good luck!

Sent it to NVCElectronic Attn Supr J and then hubby called her and she said to also send it to NVCInquiry Attn Supr S. She said she’d check the one sent to her and make sure it looked good to her and then let Supr S know to look for it.

Told hubs to call back Thu for an update. So that’s 2 more night’s with no sleep for me as I wait.

hi Saylin, Darnell & all other VJ members,

Hope u'll be able to help me clear this doubt of mine.....I would like to know whether its normal to get an A-number with 8 digits??? coz my husband has been assigned an A-number of 8 digits (without counting the A), thats how it shows on his visa....is that a typo or is it how it works right now? any help is greatly appreciated.

Just looked at my visa and my registration number (aka A number) is 8 digits. Nothing to worry about!

oh, phew!...thanks a lot SayLin...u just made my day! :)

She is your dependent and in your household, so she qualifies as a household member.

Thank u speedwell! How about my husband is the ptioner then we have joint sponsor his father. Which has joint income tax with his wife. So my father in law is the ONLY JOINT SPONSOR pertaining to answer letter D and the wife files i -864a right?
