First I would like to thank the Almighty God for approving the Visa for this man that I love very much. Secondly, my fellows visa journey brothers and sisters for all the help. My special THANKS to Mtcmk1 and D'haiti20. They were always there to answer any questions that I had. My baby will be picking his visa up on the 4th of April. (L) (L) :dance: :dance: :dance: The last time I was that excited was when I gave birth to my girls..I love you all and thank you for everything for the first part of this joruney (L) .

For those who are waiting.. Do NOT BE DISCOURAGED because I wasn't when I sent my package with just the money order and the application. I was told by many members here that I will be rejected. But instead I got an RFE for everything. Never give on anything that you love... (L) (L)

Congratulations and best wishes Patou but I'm confused - how did you manage to get a K1 in 109 days ?

When you have God on your side anything is possible. I had originally mailed my packet with just the money order and the application because I didn't have a computer to get all the information and details due to my house was broken into in July while I was in Haiti for my engagement that turned into burying my second mom that passed away before all the activities.. When I found about Visa Journey I had already mailed my application. I was told by many members in here that I will get rejected and denied. I waited, 6 days later I got my notice1 and I called them to tell them I'm missing a lots of information with my package. I was told to just wait for an update. Thank God I'm with a man that's very positive when it comes to anything that we are doing. I remembered he told me"babe just be patient if we have to do it over, we will just do that, no more stresses please". On December 11 I checked online I saw we were getting an RFE.. Three weeks Later I never received it. That's when I called USCIS and spoke to a top Tier 2.I was told they will send me a second one. 4 days later I got my RFE for everything I was missing, Letter of intent, proof of relationship, 325 forms,proof of citizenship..You name It I was missing it. I believed 4 days later I got my notice of approval. Actually I waited a little bit before the actual medical because of Robs jobs. I guessed It will have been sooner if The RFE was not late.. :dance: :dance:

From the bottom of our hearts in Chicago Thank you very much for all your help.. I was up at 4 to wake him up.. He was like " babe let me sleep one more hour please and I need you to sleep also :rofl: :rofl: " I got this under control and no need to worry it is what it is... Now he wants to wait until June to come. :dance: But I will go down there to celebrate even for a weekend :lol: :lol:

USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

N-400: (3 months and 12 days)
Filed N-400 : 2011-06-17
Interview: 2011-09-27
Oath Ceremony: 2011-09-30
