AT one point i was awaiting to be a mod/org. to regroup these unruly ppl. this is going on for a looong time. The 3rd offence should be a permanent block./cancelled acct. I don't see/know the structure leading towards this when there is an ongoing disregard towards the TOS.

That's what's really strange with the TS, he always taunts and calls USCIS names, such as lazy and other derogatory marks,

yet he is in need of USCIS' assistance as well, its as if the USCIS owes him alot to process his petition,

he is very unruly and quite unprofessional, and it seems he got scared when I posted the other day that I hope the

USCIS is monitoring such boards, and to find out on what kind of person he really is,

the reality is we are all at the mercy of the USCIS, its their prerogative whether they can make the VB move faster or slower,

they do not owe us anything, coz we are the ones asking to visit their country in the first place, and they can

deny or grant that,...

TS should be professional or be respectful at the least in voicing out his opinion here on the boards,...

He was already suspended a couple of times, yet he keeps on coming back with the same shi*ty attitude,...

Anyway, cheers everyone,... and GOOD LUCK in all your petitions,..!

Since you are already current once you receive ds3032 packet (choice of agent) from email or snail mail, complete everything as soon as you can for faster processing. You can check your iv bill and aos fee bill online once you rcv ur invoice number and pay for them online.then mail complete ds230 signed by beneficiary plus all requirements stated on the website.they have guidelines here on the forum if you cant locate the requirements at nvc website. Petioner should mail aos plus itr and w2 as soon as aos fee bill has been paid. If ur requirements are complete, you can finish evrything in one week or two weeks tops then wait for nvc to schedule you. You will no longer need to wait for a visa number to become available to you as you are current but you will still be processed under f2a category and not as immediate relative since that is your present category.

Thank you so much..it made everything clear..

SLEC will not give your husband the immunizations if they found something in his xray,

be thankful that he was issued the stamp immunizations, means he's cleared,...

congratulations,...

He didnt get the stamp "immunization" yet coz it was just his 1st day. But they told him to come back tomorrow for his immunization. I just wanna know if that means his tests all went ok.

Thanks Athena June. The VB is out so glad to see that we are current. Still unbelievable that it moved from 15Dec2010 to 01Mar2011. Wow, wow! 10 weeks of forward movement!

I guess this will be my last post on this forum..so good luck to all!

I know! After so many months of slow movement the new VB makes me so happy and gives me hope.

I hope this was not your last post - do come back to tell us how the interview and POE went, and how your spouse adjusts to life in the US. I always feel it's a pity that most members who get their visas disappear from the forum. I understand that after waiting for over two years to be reunited with their loved ones people would rather spend time with their families than hang around here, but I would love to hear how it is to finally have a reunited family and how the spouses like it in the US.

Well, if he has lived a very healthy life,

then you have nothing to worry about,...

Keep praying and we wish you good luck,...
