Hi folks I called NVC and they did received my DS 230 part 1 and they already reviewed, but they haven't receive my DS 230 part 2 I tracked my package both part 1 n part 2 delivered on February 18 now I am worried it might lost somewhere Do anyone got same experience?

Did you send them separately?

Well email your confirmation to supervisor get them look over the file again. I'm same boat with you . My lawyer sent documents to nvc but its lost ds 230 . I still have this letter they request . I have to submitted them again the same day.. If you don't want to deal with them I suggest send them again while you wait for supervisor to review it ...

The NVC is unable to continue processing this case without a DS-230 Part II for each applicant. If you have not already done so, please complete a DS-230 Part II form for each accompanying applicant and return those forms to the NVC.

If you need a new form, you can download it with complete instructions by visiting:

Your visa application cannot be processed until this form is submitted.

Well my case was submitted everything back then on 2010. But they request it January 2013. I think just wait for couple day if they said they don't have it . Go hang and send them again. I think they might send you checklist

Yes I think we supposed to sent seperately rite

DS-230 part 1 and 2 always go together. They should be mailed in the same envelope, not separately.

some immigration lawyers deserve their practicing license to be suspended! I mean come on it is simple reading over the instruction form for ds-230 yoi will never a stupid mistake like that and definitely you don't need to graduate from some fancy law school to figure out that DS-230 is 4 pages ( 2 parts) sign part i and do not sign part ii , however do NOT send them separately duh!

09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK
