ap/ead in nbc

I know the ap and ead is at nbc center is there anyway to know if will be forwarded to local ins or not? if so how would we know

It will only be forwarded to the local office if you will have an interview. You would get an interview letter.

EAD and AP is approved at NBC. They never go to the local office, and eventually they will be separated from the I-485.

You will be receiving a letter soon for your biometrics. Then if your case is transferred you will receive a letter informing you of your interview date.

That's true. I confused them with the I-485, The local office will get the I-485 if an interview is required.

igor we are doing good tks for asking sometimes not understand everything but thank God phone translators lol. btw not know if you recall a ex-member files last feburaryname donnie,nataly he ended up sad but common store but he lives near and we had become friends and he loves sveta's cooking lol anyhow this late may he going back ukraine to meet someone else same city i meet sveta hope he find a good one this time and with sveta's english level she can translate much for them as we are hoping to have sveta's ap by late april so we can go and have the wedding I promised her and her family
