I know I'm jumping the gun here (it's hard to be patient :blush: ) but I sent the DS3032 last Monday and have heard nothing yet. Looking at timelines, it looks like people usually hear back at around the ten day mark. Does that sound about right?

was exactly 2 weeks for me

CR-1 Spouse Visa, Filled abroad (I am the Beneficiary / Applicant)

2012 USCIS (MSC)

October 15: I-130 NOA1

December 15: NOA2

2013 NVC (BRS) Case number received 5 weeks after NOA2 - DS-3032
February 25: AOS and IV delivered to NVC

March 13: Case complete
April 3: Interview - Visa approved - USCIS Immigrant Fee paid

May: POE (Dallas Fort Worth Airport)

2015 REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

February 18: NOA I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

March 18: Biometrics appointment

August 17: approved

Not good weather here no0pb.gif Classes at school were cancelled, some roads aren't plowed yet. Not sure if I'll be able to make it to work at 4:30 laughing.gif

It's usually around 1-2 weeks. I say if you don't hear anything by next Monday, then follow the tip in the FAQ ;)

Well good news is everyone safe and sound at NVC. Woman said phones have not stopped ringing.

Bad news interviews were done thursday. So of course as we all know the script. 2nd week of next month they start again.

As she said I wasn't in the queue yet for interview which that's cool. Hehe

Okay now what!

Interview is currently scheduled for March 18th but we will be contacting the embassy on Wed. to try and have it rescheduled for a sooner date.

Hope everyone else is having good luck today!

Relationship and I-130 Process

Sometime in October, 2011: We met online talking about Argentina.
Later in October: Met in person in Philadelphia and became good friends.
March 4, 2012: Became girlfriend and boyfriend, officially.
March 21: Gloria leaves the US at the end of her J-1 Visa.
April 9: Got engaged!
May 12-26: Chris visits Buenos Aires.
May 18: Got married in Argentina :) Happy day!!
May 29: Sent out I-130
June 4: NOA1 received.
August 17-20: Chris visits again.
September 22-29: Chris 3rd visit, Gloria's birthday!
November 11-January 5: Chris stays in Argentina almost 2 months, Gloria is happy!
December 28: NOA2 YAY!!!
December 31: Package received at NVC.
January 18, 2013: Got case # and IIN.
February 6: Case complete!!
February 11: Interview assigned.
February 25: Package received at Embassy in Buenos Aires.
March 18: Interview Approved!!

I think I sent OPTIN email clear and right, NVC should have figured my intention out. But I got a reply saying following:

Please clarify if the petitioner and principal applicant intend to

enroll this visa petition in the Electronic Processing Program.

In order to better process future inquiries, please be sure to identify

yourself in each piece of correspondence sent to the NVC. If you are

writing on behalf of a law office please include the law office name as

well as the attorney of record's name.
